Elegibility for Returns
We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date you receive your package. Because perfumes are personal care products, strict hygiene standards apply to all returns. To be eligible for a full refund, your perfume bottle must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original cellophane-wrapped packaging with all seals intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been sprayed, opened, or altered in any way unless the product arrived damaged during transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your perfume bottle arrives leaking, broken, or with a defective spray nozzle, please contact our support team immediately. To help us resolve the issue quickly, send us a clear photograph of the damaged item along with your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a complimentary replacement or a full refund, covering all associated shipping costs.
How to Start Your Return
To initiate a return, simply email our customer care team with your order details and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please ensure the perfume is safely packed in its original shipping box to prevent damage on its way back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned package to ensure it meets our guidelines, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed immediately and credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
